I sent my order to the wrong address! What do I do?


If you just placed your order and realized that you sent it to the wrong address, don't panic. Call us at (510) 763-1088 right away between 8am - 4pm eastern time and we'll be able to get that changed for you. After 4pm, you can go ahead and leave us a voicemail and we'll check first thing the following business day. 

If you find out the order has been shipped to the wrong address already, follow the same instructions and one of our humans will figure something out for you.
