I sent my order to the wrong address! What do I do?

If you just placed your order and realized that you sent it to the wrong address, don't panic. Call us at (510) 763-1088 right away between 7am - 4pm PST and we'll be able to get that changed for you right away. After 4pm, you can go ahead and leave us a voicemail and we'll get to them as soon as we can. This method is always the best as we don't get to emails right away especially after a weekend.

If you find out the order has been shipped to the wrong address already, follow the same instructions and one of our humans will figure something out for you.
